Interstellar

In drafting the patterns for the soft elements of Interstellar’s EMU (Extravehicular Mobility Unit) suits, care and precision were used, keeping in mind that all hard elements would need to be integrated. Each Specialty team member was assigned his/her own tasks, ranging from sewing, development of the control module chest pads, rigging of harnesses, fabrication of shoulder, elbow and knee pads, and the construction of gaskets, boot covers, and more.
