“The vibrant and highly stylized costumes and sets of the film brought a cartoon world to life in a way that has never been done before, or since. I did fur and faux fur work, which required hours of grooming, clipping, shearing, and piecing. I also did extensive foam sculpture work on a few costumes, my favorite being the baby triceratops skull bolo tie. Our designer, the wonderful Robert Turturice, asked me if I could make him smile, and I somehow managed to do it.” –SL
