“Our small specialty team came in to develop the prototype for the Sakaar Guards. We carved and sculpted L-300 and EVA sheet foam, ethafoam tubing, and hard elements, and then covered those in smooth and textural vinyls to create the vibrant, imposing costume. That costume was used as the prototype and reference for the stunning and colorful costumes. I returned some time later to make Stan Lee’s Cameo costume—a mad cap alien barber who cuts Thor’s hair.” -SL
